Our bamboo arrived and we are were very pleased with the quality, very healthy and green. We would especially like to make mention of Matt who gave us so much guidance on how to prepare beds and after care. He kept in contact with us until the bamboo arrived, very much appreciated and we highly recommend Sydney Bamboo.

Absolutely Fantastic service . Sydney Bamboo dropped off our Slender weavers in person and were only to happy to answer my questions in regards to soil etc. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. They are an honest business who will look after you. Their Website, is also very helpful and was the main reason after days of looking through different sellers that I chose Sydney Bamboo. He went above and beyond after one of our boxes of bamboos was lost by the courier (thanks to covid lockdown) Matt sent me replacement plants and kept me informed all the time. We can’t speak highly enough of Matt and his customer service. We needed bamboo to screen but had no idea of how much or what kind. We contacted various companies and found Matt was helpful, honest (he even suggested that we buy less plants than we thought we needed saving us money) and very knowledgeable. The plants were more than competitively priced as well. Delivery was arranged to suit us and was in time. Needing an easy resolution to privacy loss, due to nearby building works, I chose a frost tolerant, clumping bamboo from Sydney Bamboo. Their website was easy to navigate and contained a wealth of information about the many types of bamboos and their suitability for various climactic regions and situations.
