I can’t recommend Matt highly enough. He went above and beyond after one of our boxes of bamboos was lost by the courier (thanks to covid lockdown) Matt sent me replacement plants and kept me informed all the time. I received five bamboo plants from Sydney Bamboo a couple of years ago. Delivery was prompt and the plants were extremely securely wrapped. All five plants are now thriving and they have made a beautiful protective hedge against a neighbouring boundary. We purchased in 2021 and planted in the October. We now have a beautiful strong wall of bamboo that just looks stunning. The bamboo is very easy to maintain and we love the privacy it has afforded our backyard.

We can’t speak highly enough of Matt and his customer service. We needed bamboo to screen but had no idea of how much or what kind. We contacted various companies and found Matt was helpful, honest (he even suggested that we buy less plants than we thought we needed saving us money) and very knowledgeable. The plants were more than competitively priced as well. Delivery was arranged to suit us and was in time. The plants were in fantastic condition and have been planted and are flourishing thanks to the care advice supplied. Definitely would recommend this company
