Really wonderful customer service, responsive over email and my plants arrived looking great!

Bought slender weavers bamboo a year ago and cannot believe how great this plant is growing. Excellent communication, guidance and advice given along the way even a year after purchasing.

Absolutely Fantastic service . Sydney Bamboo dropped off our Slender weavers in person and were only to happy to answer my questions in regards to soil etc. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. They are an honest business who will look after you. Their Website, is also very helpful and was the main reason after days of looking through different sellers that I chose Sydney Bamboo. I can highly recommend their business to all.

Jan's passion and knowledge for bamboo is second to none. She has so much information on her site and was more than happy to clarify any questions I had beyond this information. She dropped the bamboo off for free and arrived when she said she would but before that she talked me into buying less! We painted the courtyard in late February and early March and planted the bamboo mid-March. It's only June and the plants have basically doubled with some shoots quadrupling their original height. It was such a simple and cost effective way to transform our small and very not private courtyard. I can't wait to see them block out our terrible view! In time we will landscape with pots in front but we're pretty cash stretched at the moment. I followed all her advise when prepping the space and it seems to have paid off very nicely.

We purchased in 2021 and planted in the October. We now have a beautiful strong wall of bamboo that just looks stunning. The bamboo is very easy to maintain and we love the privacy it has afforded our backyard.

Our bamboo arrived and we are were very pleased with the quality, very healthy and green. We would especially like to make mention of Matt who gave us so much guidance on how to prepare beds and after care. He kept in contact with us until the bamboo arrived, very much appreciated and we highly recommend Sydney Bamboo.

I can’t recommend Matt highly enough. He went above and beyond after one of our boxes of bamboos was lost by the courier (thanks to covid lockdown) Matt sent me replacement plants and kept me informed all the time. He is fast to respond and very knowledgeable. The plants are carefully packed in protective boxes, I was very impressed by that. Thanks Matt, i will recommend you to all my friends.
